Alex Hunt is a founding partner of Appetite4Hotels, bringing a wealth of experience not only in specialist recruitment but also Hospitality Management.
For over a decade Alex worked in various aspects of hospitality, ranging from General Manager of a busy eatery in central London, to Head Chef of an exclusive boutique hotel in the south of France, from event coordination to financial planning. Such is the level of his passion for the industry Alex holds shares in a privately owned restaurant in Surrey ( http://thegreekvine.co.uk/ ). Alex is actively involved in decisions at board level and is an Operations Consultant for the business. This makes him fortunate enough to be in a unique position, able to understand what both the employee and the employer need for a successful working relationship.
The transition from hospitality to specialised recruitment with Appetite4Recruitment seemed a natural progression, and Alex enjoyed much success before launching Appetite4Hotels with Joint Managing Director Nick Clover. Nick is a joint owner of a popular, standard driven pub restaurant in the Surrey Area ( http://www.the-cricketers-at-farncombe.co.uk/ ) and while making decisions on the direction of the successful establishment, Nick massively enjoys keeping his hand in the industry by running shifts and being heavily involved in staff training.

Meet the team
Chris Hunt
No relation of Alex’! Chris has spent over 10 years in the hotel and leisure industry, working in both large branded hotels and smaller independent outlets. He started at Hilton Avisford Park where he worked in nearly all areas of front of house operations. Prior to that he completed his Business Diploma in Chichester. After over 4 years at the Hotel he moved into the pub industry and then into a small 22 bed hotel just outside Haywards Heath with a Michelin star restaurant as Assistant manager. Chris then moved to the Surrey Area where he became a Conference & Banqueting Manager and has now brought his wealth of experience into the recruitment industry. With knowledge first hand of what it feels like to be a candidate and a recruiter himself, searching for the best possible candidate within the industry, his passion and enthusiasm for the job can only benefit all parties.
Charlotte Weston
A key member and support to the team. Charlotte is developing her skills in the industry as both a resourcer and company administrator; one day aspiring to continue her career by becoming an established Recruitment Consultant.Enjoying the finer things in life, Charlotte’s skills are an obvious benefit.
